A boutique commercial real estate firm focused on partnering with the best retailers and property owners in Southern California is looking for an Operations Manager to partner with ownership. This professional will create efficiency and productivity between teams and support and across team lines. They will be the point person to manage all projects from idea creation to implementation across HR, IT, marketing, and culture initiatives.
Protect the financial viability of the company by supporting corporate accounting, administering human resources, and litigating liability.
Collaborate with leadership team in the development of long-term business plans, driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs
Keep track of the company’s revenue margins and conduct budget and forecasting reviews to maximize profits
Manage all HR (hiring, benefits, personnel files & payroll)
Lead vendor relationships, negotiating existing contracts, sourcing new vendors, and managing the implementation of new software platforms.
Demonstrate effective staff development, leadership, and organizational skills in the areas of problem solving, mentoring, and goal setting
Engage in and support the company culture and core values
7+ years of experience in an operations capacity
Commercial real estate experience a plus
Firm and collaborative
High EQ and relational skills
Knowledge of HR and accounting systems with proven outsourced resources and contacts
Proven track record of project management and execution of ideas
