Building Careers is growing rapidly and is organically expanding its services to additional geographic markets commercial real estate verticals. We are looking to add an experienced recruiter to our team to continue to make successful and long-term company and candidates matches.

Responsibilites

  • Participate in Client intake calls to understand the full scope of needs

  • Identify key elements in desired soft and hard skills for desired candidates

  • Search internal and external databases to create lists of potential qualified candidates

  • Screen resumes to match and qualify potential candidates with job openings we represent for our clients then contact qualified candidates via phone and email.

  • Personally screen each qualified candidate (via phone) and continue to communicate with them throughout process as needed, via phone/email

  • Communicate with President, and directly with employers, via phone/email

  • Take responsibility for guiding the candidate through the process, scheduling all calls, meetings and interviews as applicable

  • Provide interview tips, resume review, etc. where applicable

  • Update Candidate Tracking system, spreadsheets, logs and schedules, keeping all up to date in real time

  • Continually follow through in a timely manner with screening/interview process as applicable

  • Prospect and supply your own candidates for a position we represent

  • Bring new clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience or experience in an administrative and/or sales capacity; preferred experience with commercial real estate terminology

  • Detail-oriented and proactive

  • Friendly, motivated, and a team-player

  • Ability to work remotely
