My Name: Julia Turpit

What I Do: Connect top tier real estate professionals with prominent Southern California based commercial real estate firms. Source and screen candidates, market our clients and their open positions, introduce appropriate candidates to our clients, and work with both parties throughout the interview and onboarding process.

What We Do: Work directly with commercial and multi-family real estate investors, developers, managers, brokers, and architecture and construction companies as they look to hire stellar talent for their teams. We serve as an advocate for our clients and a voice for candidates throughout the hiring process. As a free resource for candidates and a no-cost solution (unless a superstar candidate is hired) it’s our privilege to help our clients see who is in the market for current or opportunistic hires.

Why I am an NAIOP Member: To broaden my professional network, connect with exciting new clients and candidates, and to grow my industry knowledge while staying up on trends.

Proudest Moment: I’m proud every time we make a match between a company and employee and get to watch both parties’ success continue over time. Rescuing my tripod pup was also a proud moment.

Favorite Hobby or Dream Vacation: Dream vacation would be anywhere in the world these days! A National Parks road trip, winter in Zermatt Switzerland, and an extended Italian vacation are all on the list.
